Doron Herzlich

Co-founder, CEO

Doron is an entrepreneur at heart with over 25 years of experience in disruptive technologies, AI, machine learning, signal processing and video compressions. Prior to Referral-AI, Doron was the Co-founder and CEO of five successful start-ups in Israel and the US.  An expert in growing businesses from early stage start-ups to successful exits.  He holds a BSc in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the Technion, Israel Institute of Technology.

Doron published two books – ‘The economic roots of success’ and ‘Re-formatting our insights for happy economy’

Dror Garti

Co-founder, CTO

Dror brings 25 years of extensive experience in delivering innovative, market-leading software solutions as VP R&D & CTO of four US-Israeli companies. Dror spearheaded innovative Artificial Intelligence technologies, and led large-scale development teams. He holds a BA in Mathematics and Computer Science, and MSc in Distributed Operating Systems from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.

Omer Ben-Nahum

Co-founder, VP R&D

Omer is a passionate, highly motivated and experienced R&D leader with over 10 years of experience in system architecture, product management, and software-as-a-service infrastructure.  He’s an expert in Natural Language Processing (NLP) search tools and Artificial Intelligence algorithms.

He holds a BSc in Computer Science from the Open University of Israel.
