Doron is an entrepreneur at heart with over 25 years of experience in disruptive technologies, AI, machine learning, signal processing and video compressions. Prior to Referral-AI, Doron was the Co-founder and CEO of five successful start-ups in Israel and the US.  An expert in growing businesses from early stage start-ups to successful exits.  He holds a BSc in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the Technion, Israel Institute of Technology.

Dror spearheaded innovative Artificial Intelligence technologies, and led large-scale development teams. He holds a BA in Mathematics and Computer Science, and MSc in Distributed Operating Systems from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
